Methods Fifty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups(10 mice per group),each group was orally inoculated with the muscle larvae of Trichinella spiralis(T1),Trichinella nativa(T2),Trichinella britovi(T3),Trichinella pseudospiralis(T4),Trichinella nelsoni(T7),respectively.
方法将50只小鼠随机分成5组(每组10只),分别感染旋毛虫(T1)、乡土旋毛虫(T2)、布氏旋毛虫(T3)、伪旋毛虫(T4)及纳氏旋毛虫(T7),每只感染300条幼虫,感染后1~6周每周尾部静脉采血,6周后每2周尾部静脉采血,至感染后20周,用旋毛虫肌幼虫ES抗原ELISA检测血清中抗旋毛虫IgG抗体水平。

旋毛虫 Trichinella spiralis;trichina 线虫动物门无尾感器纲毛形目毛形科毛形属的一种。旋毛虫病的病原。世界性分布,主要流行于德国、意大利、奥地利和美国,1964年中国首次报告此虫。 虫体细小,前端较细,后端稍粗。肛门在虫体的末端。雄虫长1.4~1.6毫米,宽0.04~0.05毫米。雌虫长3~4毫米,宽0.06毫米。 成虫寄生于十二指肠和盲肠,幼虫寄生于横纹肌。人、猪、鼠为正常宿主,猪是人体感染的主要媒介。人体感染初期表现为恶心、呕吐、腹泻、便秘、腹痛,并浑身乏力、怕冷、发热。当幼虫移入肌肉时,会引起肌肉发炎、酸痛,甚至呼吸和说话困难。 |
