[原料/调料]
材 料 :
1.美国腹嵴牛排一块约1公斤
2.什锦蔬菜、香料（芹菜、香菜、红萝卜、月桂冠、青蒜）约200公克
调味料 :
1.盐、胡椒适量
2.辣酱油少许
[制作流程]
1.将腹嵴肉排适当的调味，并把烤箱预热约220℃
2.先将牛肉周边用大或煎至金黄，并什锦蔬菜、香料炒过
3.将蔬菜香料倒进考盘内，牛肉置于蔬菜上，放进烤箱内
4.烤约12-15分钟呈半生熟度取出
5.将剩余蔬菜香料加进高汤或水，煮出味道后，将菜与汁分离，于汤汁中加入少许辣酱油，成调味肉汁
6.牛肉切片搭配蔬菜，淋上调味肉汁，并可加芥末酱佐料
