Objective To explore the ability of revascularization of big section deproteinized bone (DPB) allograft combining calcium phosphate cement (CPC) with recombinant human vascular endothelial growth factor (rhVEGF) and bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2).
目的探讨钙磷骨水泥(calcium phosphate cement,CPC)复合重组人血管内皮细胞生长因子(recombinant hu-man vascular endothelial growth factor,rhVEGF)+重组骨形态发生蛋白-2(recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2,rhBMP-2)促进大段异体脱蛋白骨(deproteinized bone,DPB)移植再血管化的能力。
