脾实 脾实 证名。由于脾脏或脾经邪气盛实所致的病证。多属湿热困脾或瘀血停滞而发病。《脉经》卷二：“脾实也，若肠中伏伏如坚状，大便难。”又云：“脾实，……病苦足寒，胫热，腹胀满，烦扰不得卧。”《圣济总录》卷四十四：“脾脏盛实则生热，热气熏蒸则令人舌本肿胀，语言蹇涩，腹胁坚硬，四肢不举，身体沉重，面目焦黄，不得安卧，而唇干口燥也。”《本草经疏》：“脾实，即湿热邪胜六证：蛊胀，由于脾家湿热积滞或内伤瘀血停积而成；易饥，属脾家郁火；口唇生疮，口糜，中消，属脾家实火；湿热腹痛，按之愈甚。”参见脾病、脾实热条。
