一类由于药物、异种血清或感染引起的，主要累及皮肤的多系统急性坏死性小动脉炎。皮肤损害表现为荨麻疹、红斑、紫癜、淤斑；晚期有结节、大疱和坏死。肾损害为坏死性肾小管肾炎。肺部可有弥漫性网状结节样浸润，常伴有胸膜渗液。重者可有心包炎、周围神经炎。治疗同结节性多动脉炎。
