结肠灌洗
又称"结肠透析"，用透析液灌洗结肠的一种治疗方法。结肠粘膜具有半透膜的作用，能排出机体内的代谢残余物，也能吸收对机体有用的物质。通过结肠粘膜，在注入肠腔的透析液与体液之间，离子和一定分子量的物质能相互进行扩散，以达到透析的目的。临床常用500～ 1000ml透析液进行结肠灌洗，通过肛管注入结肠，停留30～60分钟，然后放出，再注入新的透析液，如此反复，每日可灌洗5000～10000ml，但由于结肠粘膜清除代谢残余产物的效果差，故疗效不佳。
