nucleus caudatus head stimulation

指应用埋入式感应线圈刺激尾核头部来治疗顽固性疼痛。其镇痛特点为:需要诱导期,有后效应,伴有镇静安定作用,镇痛范围广且无明显体节分布,对锐痛的镇痛效果比钝痛好,无不良反应,可伴有体表痛阈提高及对交感神经的兴奋性有不同程度的抑制作用等。此方法适用于身体各部位癌症、良性病变所致顽症及幻肢痛等。其作用机制是对非特异感觉投射系统的下行抑制和促使内源性吗啡样物质的释放。
