Protection of the recombinant BCG-Eg95 vaccine of Echinococcus granulosus against Eg protoscolexes;

Objective To investigate the protection by immunization with mix recombinant BCG-EmⅡ/3 and BCG-Em14-3-3 vaccine of Echinococcus multilocularis(Em) and against challenge of Em protoscolexes.

To study the protection and dynamics of serum IgG in the mice immunized with recombinant BCG Sj26GST vaccine of Schistosoma japonicum , the mice were immunized subcutaneously by 10666 CFU vaccine for one time or three times respectively.

To improve the protective efficacy of DNA vaccine of Schistosoma japonicum, single antigenic DNA vaccine pBK-CMV-Sj23, multiantigenic DNA vaccine pBK-CMV-Sj26-Sj23 and pBK-CMV-Sj26-Sj23 were constructed and identified,then they were inoculated in skeleton muscle of mice in groups on the 0 week, 3 week and 5 week respectively.
