肝穿刺活组织检查 liver biopsy 用肝穿刺针吸取肝脏组织进行病理学检查。临床上已广泛应用于肝炎、脂肪肝、肝癌等疾病的诊断。此法操作简单、安全、穿刺针在肝脏内停留时间较短。由于穿刺有可能引起出血,故在检查前应查血小板、凝血时间和凝血酶原时间。有出血倾向或重度黄疸者不宜作肝穿刺。肝穿刺后的患者应卧床休息6小时,并监测脉搏、血压及是否有出血征象。 |
