陈延之 南北朝时宋齐间医家。履贯待考。清于医术，善治伤寒及温病等热性疾病，于温热病方面，已有清热解毒、滋阴生津之端倪，于妇人科则已有人工流产、助产等措施，强调辨证论治之重要性。其治疗及医学思想均体现于其所撰之《小品方》，一名《经方小品》，原书早佚，佚文可于《千金方》、《外台秘要》及日本《医心方》中见到，近年又有日本之残卷发现，但仅存其中之卷一。
