癫痫典型小发作
petit mal of epilepsy
属全身性癫痫的一种，主要见于儿童，常发生于3岁以上的儿童，至15岁以后则又渐趋少见。本病遗传倾向明显。主要表现为短时间的意识丧失伴有轻微运动症状。发作突然，常无先兆。终止亦突然，不留后遗症状。发作时脸部及眼睑有节律性跳动，可能有尿失禁，历时5～30s不等。患者自觉如入梦境，意识瞬还。很少倒地，每日1～2次。频繁者可达百余次。亦有连续发作者，称为小发作持续状态。本病预后尚好。至青春期发作常自行停止。5岁以前发病者，智力常低于正常儿童，5～10岁后发病者，智力常无影响。10岁以后发病者，可持续较久，且50%患者可转为大发作。
