fiberbronchoscope
利用柔软易弯曲的镜体,经鼻腔、口腔或气管切开的气管套管内,对纵深可抵达肺叶与肺段各支气管的气道,进行观察处理的一种纤维内镜。视野广、亮度高,可见细微结构和微小病变,且可进行细胞涂片、活检及抽吸分泌物等操作。但此镜对于气管狭窄者及儿童,易阻塞呼吸道,引起呼吸困难,应加以注意。
