方书。6卷。附《脉语》2卷。明吴■(鹤皋)撰。万历十二年(1584年)成书。吴氏选录历代常用医方700余首，按病证分为中风、伤寒、暑、湿、瘟疫、大头瘟等72门。每门首为小叙，概述本证病因、病机、证候，并辨诸家治法。以证类方，每方著药物、剂量、用法、主治等。于制方、治病之理考辨尤属精详，“揆之于经，酌以心见，订之于证，发其微义”，“考其方药，考其见证，考其名义，考其事迹，考其变通，考其得失，考其古方之所以然”。本书对后世影响较大，清汪昂仿吴氏遗意而扩充之，撰《医方集解》；清吴仪洛又取吴、汪所辑而增改之，为《成方切用》。杨守敬《日本访书志》盛推本书为“医家巨擘”。现存明万历十四年(1586年)刊本，日本元和五年(1619年)刊本，《中国医学大成》本等多种刊本。
