终末细支气管


即"五级支气管"。细支气管分支到直径为0.5~1.0mm时,成终末细支气管,其粘膜上皮为单层纤毛柱状上皮或单层柱状上皮,杯状细胞、腺体与软骨均消失,而平滑肌形成完整的环形层。由于终末细支气管管壁上平滑肌相对增多,故有调节进出肺泡内气体流量的作用。
