补充资料：正确使用喷码机耗材
喷码机的喷嘴非常小(直径40-70微米)，又要求喷印的字符快速干燥、附着力高，所以对墨水稀释剂的要求极高。墨水一般由树脂、溶剂、色料等材料组成，稀释剂由溶剂、活性剂、稳定剂等材料组成。耗材生产过程的每一工序都有严格的工艺和质量控制，经原材料检验、提纯、配料、研磨、反应、稳定、三级过滤、灌装、检验等形成产品。稀释剂是根据墨水的特性专门研制的，在喷码机运行过程中不断补充墨水损耗掉的物质并修补由于循环给墨水带来的结构破坏。
使用劣质的耗材会导致喷嘴频繁堵塞、墨滴充电不良、喷字效果差、墨滤和墨路堵塞、机器零件锈蚀等对喷码机的损害。
喷码机设计过程中对耗材的性能指标有严格要求。如粘度、粒度、导电率、干燥时间、附着力、腐蚀性、PH值等均应在一定的范围内。不同厂家、不同型号的耗材一般不能通用的。如使用非我公司认可的耗材，同样会产生与劣质耗材同样的后果。
