颈椎单纯压缩骨折

颈椎遭受屈曲暴力主要为压缩分力,即造成椎体单纯压缩骨折,椎体前部被压缩成楔形,后部结构保持完整。有时椎间盘可向后突出,压迫脊髓。无脊髓损伤者,须过伸复位,然后包头、颈、胸石膏固定12周。如有脊髓损伤,伸展位颅骨牵引,复位后再作如上的石膏固定。
