Objective To compare the concordance between Neo-Sensitab disk diffusion method and the Standard NCCLS M27-A microdilution method for susceptibility testing of 97 yeast isolates,and evaluate the reliability of this commercial method.
方法同时采用NCCLSM27-A微量稀释法和Neo-Sensitab纸片扩散法测定临床分离的97株酵母对两性霉素B(AMB)、氟康唑(FCZ)、5-氟胞嘧啶(5-FC)、酮康唑(KCZ)和伊曲康唑(ITC)等五种常用抗真菌药物的敏感性。
