肺吸虫抗原皮内试验
paragonimus antigen intradermic test
以1∶2000肺吸虫成虫抗原0.1ml注入患者前臂皮内，观察15～20分钟，若皮丘直径＞1cm，红晕直径＞2cm，有一个以上伪足，则为阳性。肺吸虫病时阳性率达99%以上。患儿经治疗后可保持阳性几年以上，但与华支睾吸虫、血吸虫等有较高的交叉反应。皮内试验阳性只能说明有肺吸虫感染，不能诊断为肺吸虫病。
