造影检查
X线检查的方法之一。通过向机体的天然或病理性腔道及潜在腔隙内直接或间接地引入对比剂，显示器官、结构的形态及功能的成像方法。造影检查通过引入机体内的对比剂，改变欲观察器官、结构在影像上的对比，从而改善缺乏天然对比或天然对比度较低的器官、结构的显示。根据引入对比剂方法的不同，造影检查可概括地分直接引入法和间接引入法，后者又分生理排泄法和生理积聚法。若对比剂是通过生理排泄或积聚法引入的，造影检查除可观察显影器官的形态学改变外，还可以结合显影的时相变化判断器官的功能。
