降调节
促黄体生成激素释放激素(GnRH),在垂体内促使垂体激素的释放,包括FSH、LH。FSH刺激卵泡发育而LH促进排卵产生黄体。雌激素由卵泡产生、孕激素由黄体产生,使子宫内膜增生过渡到分泌期,未育者黄体萎缩雌孕激素的分泌下降出现月经。正常时GnRH来自丘脑下部以脉冲式每90分钟一次释放出来,GnRH与垂体受体结合,引起LH、FSH释放形成短时间高峰,随后分泌显著减少。由于GnRH的持续存在,使垂体促性腺激素受体明显丢失而得不到补充,也就是说非脉冲式兴奋垂体也增加它的无反应性,其结果减少了卵巢甾体激素的产生,这种现象为受体的降调节。
