熟鸡1只(约500克重),花椒粉20克,红油辣椒20克,熟菜油15克,盐0.5克,白酱油100克,红酱油15克,白糖1克,味精1克,香油1克。
≮美食做法≯
1、熟鸡肉去骨,片成5厘米长、3厘米宽的片;鸡的连骨肉砍成2.5厘米见方的块,用盐拌匀置内垫底,鸡片放在上面。
2、将花椒粉、白酱油、白糖、味精、香油、熟共油,原汤对成椒麻调料,盛一碟内;另一碟对入红油辣椒、白酱油、红酱油、味精、香油成另一味佐料。鸡肉连同两种调料同时上桌,分别蘸食,各有风味。
