Methods5403 women were screened with cervical lesions by a Thinprep liquie-based technology such as TCT(Thinprep cytology Test),Positive cases were diagnosed as the lesions degree above or equal to the atypical squamous cells(≥ASC),the incidence status was compared among different age groups which divided by 15 years.
[方法]利用新柏氏液基薄层细胞学技术筛查子宫颈癌5403例,诊断结果大于或等于不典型鳞状细胞(≥ASC)的为阳性病例,并按15岁的间隔进行年龄分组比较。

Methods HR-HPV was determined with hybrid capture Ⅱ(HC2) approved by America FDA in 526 cases of patients with ASC-US diagnosed by Thin-prep Cytolosy test (TCT).
方法对516例应用新柏氏膜式液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检查为ASC-US患者,采用美国FDA批准的杂交捕获技术(HC2)进行HR-HPV检测。
