【性状】
本品为无色的澄明液体。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品3 滴，照氟哌啶醇项下的鉴别(1) 项试验，显相同的反应。 (2) 避光操作。取含量测定项下的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，在 244 nm的波长处有最大吸收，在232nm±2nm 的波长处有最小吸收。
【检查】
pH值 应为 2.8～ 3.6（附录Ⅵ H）。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
避光操作。精密量取本品适量，用盐酸溶液(9→100)－甲醇(1:99) 定量稀释成每1ml 中约含氟哌啶醇10μg 的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A），在 244 nm的波长处测定吸收度，按C21H23ClFNO2的吸收系数（Ｅ1% 1cm）为353计算，即得。
