主料:芹菜

辅料:牛肉末、豆腐干、蘑菇

调料:盐、料酒、豆瓣酱、生抽、葱、姜、蒜、高汤、鸡精、水淀粉、食用油

做法:

1、将芹菜摘去叶筋洗净切成寸段,豆腐干切成丁,蘑菇焯水后切

成丁,葱、姜、蒜洗净切成末;

2、坐锅点火放入油,油温4成热时倒入牛肉末、料酒、葱姜蒜末、

豆瓣酱翻炒均匀,放入芹菜段、豆腐干、蘑菇、高汤、鸡精、水淀粉勾薄芡出锅即可。

特点:色泽红绿,咸鲜味浓。

天天提示:芹菜要去掉老筋;牛肉末要炒干水分。
