Objective: To study the relationship between the MDCT imaging signs of appendicitis and pathological findings, to explore the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of imaging signs to diagnose appendicitis, and to evaluate identification appendicitis and non-appendicitis, including its pathological types in MDCT.
目的:研究阑尾炎MDCT影像学征象与病理改变的关系,评价每一影像学征象诊断阑尾炎的准确性、敏感性和特异性,并探讨MDCT征象诊断阑尾炎,判断阑尾炎病理分型的应用价值。
