方法采用PCR和等位基因特定PCR穴ASPCR雪的方法,对山东汉族、白族和土族共计76份男性DNA样本进行Y染色体上17个双等位基因位点的基因分型,确定每一个体的单倍型,统计3个群体各单倍型的频率分布,与国内其他群体的结果进行对比分析,并进行这些群体的主成分分析。

单座位复等位基因同工酶是指同一座位上的不同等位基因所编码的酶蛋白。例如胎盘碱性磷酸酶(placental alkaline phosphatase,plap)是一种典型的复等位基因编码的酶,plap为二聚体,基因定位于2q37,依电泳速度可分3种变异型即慢(s)、中(i)、快(f)型,它们受3个复等位基因pls、pli及plf控制,每种基因分别编码s、i、f三种同工酶(g6pd)和腺苷酸激酸(ak)的同工酶即属此类。
