应用胎儿监护仪描绘宫缩时胎心率变化曲线,以了解胎儿安危的方法。有外测及内测两种方法。前者超声探头置于母体腹部,易受外界干扰。后者两个探头分别插入宫腔及胎儿头皮,精确度较高,又可显示胎儿心电图,但需宫口开大2cm以上。
