配 料: 美国加州杏仁100，橙皮10克，橙汁125毫升，金橘干（或杏干）25克，糖50毫升，鲜姜或者加工好的生姜片10克(haochi123.com)
·特 色： 杏仁味道香甜、有香橙口味，尤为适合家庭聚会或招待酒会。同时饮用绿茶或乌龙茶，味道更佳。(haochi123.com)
·操 作: 1. 将四分之三的橙皮切碎，其余的四分之一切成长条状备用（装饰）；
2. 将生姜切片或者用加工过的生姜片，将0.5克的姜切成精致的三角状作装饰用；
3. 将橙汁和糖放入炒锅中，（中火）炒一分钟，直到汤汁减少至一半，呈粘稠状；
4. 加入刚刚切碎备用的橙皮和生姜片烹制30秒钟；
5. 最后加入杏仁烹制1-2分钟至杏仁被汤汁完全包裹，入味收汁；
6. 将杏仁出锅冷却，趁热将杏仁一粒粒分开防止结块儿；
7. 待杏仁冷却后，将其与金橘干（或杏干）拌匀即可；
8. 撒上细橙皮丝和切好的角状姜块作点缀
