方法取经甲醛防腐固定的30具成人尸体标本(男20例,女10例),对气管前的甲状腺下动脉和甲状腺下静脉进行观测。

方法采用经福尔马林固定的60具成人标本(男40,女20)共120侧,用解剖学方法对喉返神经及其分支进行定位观测,以及观测甲状腺下动脉、甲状软骨下角和甲状腺下极等3种解剖标志与喉返神经的毗邻关系。

甲状腺下动脉
superior thyroid artery
甲状腺下动脉起自锁骨下动脉，呈弓形横过颈总动脉的后方，再分支进入甲状腺两叶的背面。有时尚有一不对称的甲状腺最下动脉，起自无名动脉或主动脉弓，在气管前面上行至甲状腺峡部或一叶的下极。该动脉与甲状腺上动脉互有吻合支。
