做法：1、白莲子用清水煮20分钟，煮透待凉，去莲心冲净。
2、西米用水浸2小时，放滚水中煮至透明，过冷水备用。
3、百合先用水浸约1小时，盛起，再放沸水中煮5分钟，过冷水备用。
4、红豆浸泡一晚，洗净置锅中，注入清水10杯，下陈皮煮沸后，该以中慢火至起沙（约2小时），加入冰糖、莲子和百合，煮至糖溶即下西米，再滚起即成。
功效：清火润肺，滋养身体，老少皆宜。饮食
