| 崩漏 以阴道大量出血或持续下血、淋漓不断为主要表现的妇科中医重证。一般以来势急、出血量多者为崩；出血量少，淋漓不净者为漏。崩漏多由素体阳盛，或感受热邪，或肝郁化火，阴虚精亏，虚热内扰，血热妄行；素体脾虚，饮食劳倦，损伤脾气，统摄无权；情志不舒，或感受寒湿，瘀血凝滞，血不循经；早婚早育、多产房劳、久病伤肾，封藏不固等引起。常见证型有 ：① 阴虚血热型崩漏。证见经来无期，淋漓不断或骤然量多，血色深红，潮热，口干咽燥，手足心热，或失眠，烦躁，舌红苔黄，脉细数。治宜养阴清热，凉血固经，方用清热固经汤等。②肝郁血热型崩漏。证见经乱无期，时漏时崩，色深红质稠，烦躁易怒，乳胀，舌红苔黄，脉弦数。治宜清热开郁止血，方用丹栀逍遥丸等。③脾虚气陷型崩漏。证见忽然崩下或淋漓不断，血色淡质稀，面色不华，气短无力 ，食少胸闷 ，心悸，或便溏，舌淡，脉虚弱。治宜补气摄血，方用固本止崩汤、归脾汤等。④血瘀阻滞型崩漏 。 证见经血淋漓不断或突然下血量多 ，血色紫暗有块，小腹疼痛拒按，瘀块排出痛减，舌暗红有瘀点，脉沉涩。治宜活血祛瘀，止血，方用桃红四物汤等。⑤肾虚不固型崩漏。证见出血量少，淋漓不止，或突然下血量多，色淡红或紫暗，腰脊酸软 ，小腹空坠 ，或失眠盗汗 ，烦热，或畏寒，便溏，舌红或淡，脉细数或沉弱。治宜补肾固冲止血，方用左归丸或右归丸等。 崩漏来势迅急、出血量太大时，可服云南白药或三七粉用以止血。 |
