Based on the practice of drug supplyiing network construction in countryside at present, this paper studied the establishment,supervision,and evaluation of countryside drug supplying enterprises in China.

Objectives: To conduct a scientific and proper analysis of the relationship between the construction of "two nets" of medicine in the rural areas of Jiangxi and the quality of medicine.

Taking a medium and small-sized medicine enterprise as an example,the paper discusses the medicines distribution in the construction of medical supervision network and supply network in Yunnan Province and proposes to use postal network to develop joint distribution.

Based on the literature review of CSR, the principals for the framework of CSR were discussed; the definition of CSR for pesticide enterprises from core level, extend level and beyond level was given in this paper.

From industry characteristics,development of CSR in western countries,financial ability,benefits of taking CSR and CSR assess index system,this article analyzed the reasons of main foreign pesticide enterprises' taking CSR,then proposed that pesticide enterprises in China should take CSR.

Firstly, this paper surveys the present state of chinese pesticide enterprises, and analyses their effect on environmental pollution, ecological safety, the health of people and domestic animals and the use of resources to show that the change of the state is necessary.
