The WC-Ni ceramic coatings were prepared by detonation gun spraying with different parameters, the microstructure and worn surface of the coatings was examined by means of SEM in order to investigate the effect of parameters on the wear machanism of the coatings, it was found that a compact texture coating with high wear resistance can be obtained when the value of O_2/C_2H_2 mol ratio is about 2.
采用不同的爆炸喷涂工艺参数制备了 Ni包 WC涂层 ,用扫描电镜观察了不同工艺参数下的涂层组织与磨损面形貌 ,分析了工艺参数对涂层组织形貌及耐磨性的影响 ,结果表明 ,当比值 O2 /C2 H2 =2时 ,可获得致密的涂层 ,涂层的耐磨性能较高 ,其它条件下的涂层由于组织较疏松 ,WC颗粒在滑动摩擦时容易脱落而造成较大的磨损
