骨盆三联截骨术通过截断耻骨上下支及髋臼上缘,使髋臼向前向外旋转,改善了对坏死股骨头的覆盖,使股骨头完全被髋臼包容,改善了头臼的匹配关系,使股骨头的“生物学塑形”在良好的髋臼内以同心圆的方式进行,从而获得最佳恢复,减少后遗畸形和骨关节炎的发生。

真骨盆
以耻骨联合上缘、髂耻缘及骶骨岬上缘之连线，将骨盆分为两部分，其下部称为真骨盆。真骨盆是胎儿娩出的通道，故又称骨产道。真骨盆的上口为骨盆入口，下口为骨盆出口，上下两口之间为骨盆腔。骨盆腔的前壁为耻骨联合，其长度为4.2cm左右；两侧壁为坐骨、坐骨棘、坐骨切迹及其韧带；后壁为骶骨(沿其弯曲度之全长约11.8cm，其高9.8cm)，其下为尾骨。由此可见，骨盆腔呈前浅，后深的形态。真骨盆又称小骨盆。
