性质:在铀矿浸出工艺中,碱浸出是以碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠的混合溶液为浸取剂的浸出过程。含碳酸盐型脉石矿物的铀矿石,当氧化钙含量大于12%时,适宜用碱法浸出。碱浸出对铀浸取的选择性高,对设备的腐蚀性小,但常压下对铀的浸取速度较慢,有时需采用加压等过程强化措施。常压碱浸通常采用空气搅拌浸取槽(巴秋卡槽),加压碱浸则采用卧式压煮器。
