To observe the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of intracranial nonspecific inflammatory granulomatosis, 30 subjects in control group were treated with Penicillin and Phenytoin sodium and another 60 subjects in treatment group were treated with "Yanzhongxiao Tablet" besides Penicillin and Phenytoin sodium, with a course of 50 days.
对照组30例以青霉素和苯妥英纳等治疗;治疗组60例,在对照组治疗基础上加用中药炎肿消片,疗程均为50天。

为考察裸花紫珠片的抗菌消炎、止血功效 ,用试管体外抗菌、毛细血管通透性、耳肿胀、跖肿胀、出凝血时间等方法对裸花紫珠片进行了药理研究 ,结果表明 :裸花紫珠片对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、肺炎球菌有不同程度的抑菌作用 ,对冰醋酸所致的小鼠腹部毛细血管通透性增加和二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀具有非常显著的抑制作用 ,并明显抑制大鼠蛋清性足肿胀形成和缩短小鼠的出凝血时间 。
