【Methods】84 patients with severe craniocerebral injury,who were hospitalized in our hospital in recent 5 years,were randomly divided into 2 groups:standard large trauma craniotomy was performed in experiment group(n =48) and routine temporoparietal craniectomy was performed in control group(n =36).
方法将我院近5年来收治的84例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为两组,治疗组(n=48):采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术,对照组(n=36):采用常规骨瓣开颅术,观察记录两组术后恢复情况,并进行随访,就并发症发生率、存活率、死亡率等方面进行比较。

【Methods】77 patients with severe craniocerebral injury, who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2008, were randomly divided into 2 groups: standard large trauma craniotomy was performed in experiment group (n =37) and routine temporoparietal craniectomy was performed in control group (n =40).
方法将2003年1月~2008年12月我院收治的77例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为两组,治疗组(n=37):采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术,对照组(n=40):采用常规骨瓣开颅术,观察记录两组术后恢复情况,并进行随访,比较两组的并发症发生率及预后。

由于旋前方肌接受桡、尺骨间掌侧动脉等多根血管供血,这些血管间构成血管网,相互交通,故可利用此特点切取带血管蒂的旋前方肌及尺骨或桡骨附着处的骨膜、骨组织,逆行或顺行植入舟骨、月骨和桡、尺骨的骨坏死、骨缺损和骨不连接之部位,以治疗舟、月骨骨坏死,桡、尺骨折,骨不连接等疾病有较好效果。而旋前方肌的功能可为旋前圆肌所替代,不影响供区的功能。
