补充资料：路南乳扇
路南乳扇主要产于路南彝族自治县，路南以饲养奶山羊著称。乳扇营养丰富，含脂肪、蛋白质、乳糖，以及其它营养，是当地的风味食品。
制作方法：
1.先把酸浆水放入锅中，用小火烧到50℃左右，把牛奶倒入酸浆中，用木棒徐徐搅动，使之逐渐凝结成坨。
2.再用手搓揉成3厘米宽、3毫米厚、10厘米长的乳片，卷在竹杠上，用手把两头拉出角来，依次上架晾干，形如纸扇。
食用方法：随着人们的生活水平的提高和烹调技术和发展，吃法也由简到繁，可以用炒、烩、煎、炸等方法加工成口味有别，多种彝家风味的菜肴。
