解剖名。亦称睾丸静脉。系下腔静 脉属支。起自睾丸，数条，缠绕动脉如葡萄蔓，故称蔓状静脉丛。其向上逐渐合并，右侧以 锐角注入下腔静脉，左侧以直角合于肾静脉。其径路长，血液还流不畅，在某些条件下(如 腹压增高)可致精索静脉曲张。在女性，称卵巢静脉，起自卵巢，与卵巢动脉伴行。
