瘤细胞分裂增生,侵入周围组织间隙、淋巴管和血管,是恶性肿瘤的生长特点。浸润可破坏周围组织,使肿瘤与正常组织间界限不清无包膜,触诊时肿瘤固定。浸润性生长的瘤细胞,活动能力强。
