wanqudu弯曲度(eurvature)长条轧件(型、棒、管材)在长度方向上的弯曲程度。每米长度上弯曲的弦高为每米弯曲度;总长度弯曲的总弦高同总长度的比为总弯曲度。各类轧件的弯曲度规定在产品标准中。造成金属材弯曲的原因是热加工或热处理时冷却速度不均,收缩不一致;冷却前轧件未放平直,运送过程中弄弯等.防止或纠正的方法主要是改进冷床结构和吊运工具,改善包装方式。出现弯曲后最有效的纠正办法是通过矫直机矫直。 (崔峰)
