商丘市卫生职业中等专业学校(原名商丘市卫生学校)。始建于1958年4月，1988年4月由河南省教育委员会批准改办为商丘市卫生职业中等专业学校。
学校地处人民公园西侧，花园西街25号，地30余亩，有办公楼、教学楼、实验楼和学生宿舍楼及现代化的教学设备，拥有健全的教学管理机构和雄厚的师资队伍，教学实习医院20余所。1993年被世界卫生组织确定为重点投资的学校，在商丘及周边省、区有良好的办学信誉。
2000年3月，河南省卫生厅豫卫教［2000］2号文件“关于公布1999年我省中等医学教育专业设置认定结果的通知”，规定商丘市卫生职业中等专业学校为“合格办学单位”。
2000年学校与河南大学医学院、开封职工大学联合举办医学大专班，现已成为一所高层次综合性的卫生专业学校。
学校现设有大专层次：“临床医学”，“高级护理”，“医药营销”三个专业。
中专层次设有：“医疗保健”，“妇幼医士”，“护士”，“中西医结合”四个专业。
