子宫内膜钉细胞化生
子宫内膜钉细胞化生又称子宫内膜透亮细胞化生(clear cell metaplasia of endometrium)。这类化生的上皮细胞含有大量糖原及少量黏液。HE染色胞质透亮、核圆、规则,有时呈鞋钉(shoe nail)样,但无恶性特征。病人临床出现不正常阴道出血,经诊断性刮宫、病理学检查可以做出诊断。
