Methods In a prospective self-controlled clinical study, we investigated the changes of refractive power, astigmatic power,astigmatic axis, and irregular astigmatic power of anterior corneal surface following scleral buckling surgery for retinal detachment in 30 patients(30 eyes).
方法采用前瞻性自身对照研究,对30例(30眼)因孔源性视网膜脱离接受巩膜环扎外加压术的患者在术前ld、术后1周、1个月和3个月,分别用OrbscanⅡ角膜地形图仪检测术眼的角膜前表面屈光度、散光度、散光轴向和不规则散光度P并分析不同手术因素对角膜前表面屈光性状的影响。

视网膜脱离 retinal detachment 视网膜神经上皮层与色素上皮层的分离。可分为:①原发性视网膜脱离。多见于近视眼患者及老年人,视网膜常有囊样变性、玻璃体液化、玻璃体脱离或玻璃体内有索条与变性的视网膜相粘连,引起视网膜破裂,这时液化的玻璃体经裂孔流入视网膜下腔而引起视网膜脱离,病人发病前感到眼前有小黑点、闪光感,以后视力突然下降,视野中有缺损。眼底检查可见脱离的视网膜及破孔,眼压低于正常。采用手术治疗。②继发性视网膜脱离。继发于全身病或眼部疾患,分渗出性(多见于高血压、肾病或妊娠高血压综合征、原田氏病等)、牵引性(由各种原因引起的玻璃体机化索条牵拉视网膜)及实体性(多由肿瘤引起)。治疗以处理原发病为主,控制病因,促使渗出液吸收及切除玻璃体机化索条等。
