主料:牛肋肉
辅料:馓子、土豆、西红柿、葱、姜、干葱、香菜
调料:盐、白糖、酱油、料酒
烹制方法:
1、将牛肉切成块,加入酱油、盐、料酒、葱、姜腌制片刻备用;
2、坐锅点火倒入油,下葱段煸香,放入牛肉翻炒,加盐、料酒、酱油,适量
水,再放入西红柿、土豆,加少许糖,转入电压力锅中压15分钟;
3、坐锅点火倒油放入干葱煸香,倒入适量牛肉汤,烧开后放入馓子,煮入味,
出锅和牛肉一起装盘,撒入香菜即可。
特点:味浓醇香,风味独特。
