主料：牛肋肉
辅料：馓子、土豆、西红柿、葱、姜、干葱、香菜
调料：盐、白糖、酱油、料酒
烹制方法：
1、将牛肉切成块，加入酱油、盐、料酒、葱、姜腌制片刻备用；
2、坐锅点火倒入油，下葱段煸香，放入牛肉翻炒，加盐、料酒、酱油，适量
水，再放入西红柿、土豆，加少许糖，转入电压力锅中压15分钟；
3、坐锅点火倒油放入干葱煸香，倒入适量牛肉汤，烧开后放入馓子，煮入味，
出锅和牛肉一起装盘，撒入香菜即可。
特点：味浓醇香，风味独特。
