Objective To observe the effect of selecting body positions according to different abdomen types on the incidence of supine syndrome in cesarean section under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia for caesarean section.
目的观察根据腹型来决定剖宫产手术体位对预防脊麻-硬膜外联合麻醉下术中仰卧位综合征发生率的影响。

体位性低血压
postural hypotension
又称“立位性低血压”、“直立性虚脱”。在立位时血压显著下降，可伴有脑缺血症状，取平卧位后，血压回升，症状消失。病因不明，可能与体位改变时，纠正血流动力变化的神经反射调节功能失调有关。可发生于多种疾病如脊髓痨、交感神经截除术后、长期卧床的患者及少数无明显疾病者。此外，也可发生于服用降压药物患者。诊断根据临床表现，当患者从卧位转为立位后，每分钟测血压1次，共5次。如收缩压下降6.67kPa左右，即说明有立位性血压降低。治疗可穿弹性长筒袜或弹性紧身长裤，肾上腺皮质激素或麻黄素、中药有辅助治疗作用。
