原料:

熟牛腱250克,黄瓜25克,冬笋25克,酱油、醋、芥末(发好的)、味精、料酒、香油各适量。

做法:

1.将牛腱子切丝;黄瓜洗净切丝;冬笋切丝后用开水烫透捞出,用凉水过凉,沥干水待用。

2.把切好的各料装盘,用各种调料对好的汁浇上即成。
