Objective To propose a novel control strategy according to the results of analyzing blood control pump strategyies and based on ventricular work for extracorporeal magnetic field driving axial flow blood pump motor.
目的在分析现有血泵电机驱动控制策略的基础上,以外磁场驱动轴流式血泵为研究对象,提出基于心室功的血泵驱动电机控制策略,使血泵的输出控制模拟心脏输出的工作机制,提高受体的生活质量。

[Objective] The blood pump driven system with sensorless is designed based on ventricular work control for specific axial blood pump driven by extracorporeal alternating magnet field in order to against the invasive results as far as possible to meet the recipients physiological demands.
目的针对“外磁驱动轴流式血泵”结构特点,避免有创控制带来的不利因素,最大限度的满足受体的生理需求,实现无传感器控制,设计基于心室功控制的血泵驱动系统。

该起搏器内有一个感知装置,可感知心室自身活动,如果心脏本身的节律比预设的起搏频率快,感知装置即断开起搏器;当患者自己的心率比预设的起搏频率慢时,感知装置又起动人工起搏器。因此对短暂或间歇性心动过缓较为安全。此外节省电能,在埋藏式起搏器中可维持较长时间。
