Methods:SBEM-mRNA was detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)in blood as an index of micrometastases in 60 breast cancer patients before operation.
方法:用巢式逆转录-聚合酶反应(Nested-RT-PCR)检测60例乳腺癌患者术前外周血SBEM-mRNA的表达,对其术后切除的组织标本用免疫组化S-P法检测c-erbB2的表达情况。

Methods The SBEM-mRNA level in peripheral blood was detected in 22 patients with gastric cancer,16 colon/rectal carcinoma,107 breast cancer,40 breast fibroadenoma and 27 healthy volunteers as controls using rested reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(Nested-RT-PCR).
