小肠低张双重对比造影
X线检查方法之一。又称小肠灌肠。系在肠管低张状态下，经十二指肠导管或特制Bilbao-Dotter导管向小肠分别注入一定量的硫酸钡混悬液和气体，使全组小肠形成鲜明的钡、气双对比影像。该方法由于低张及双对比，可提供良好的小肠解剖学影像，故可能发现较小病变。此外，该检查于短时间(5～10分钟)即完成，是目前用于检查小肠最为理想的成像手段。该法的缺陷是不能反映小肠的运动功能状态。
